• Please attend your appointment with NO eye make-up on or around the eyes e.g. mascara or foundation.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate for any additional guests and so request that clients come alone to all appointments.

• Due to our busy schedule, we offer a 15 minute grace period. Clients who arrive late will unfortunately have their appointment cancelled and will lose their deposit   

​

• We require a non-refundable £10 deposit which is required to secure all bookings. No bookings are guaranteed without a deposit.

• To reschedule your appointment we ask for 48 hours notice by which your deposit will remain, any later than this and you will risk losing your deposit. Please complete the remainder of your payment in cash.
